Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions – First Half of 2025.
At ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, social responsibility is deeply rooted in our culture. In the first half of 2025, we continued our corporate social responsibility actions with consistency and sensitivity, covering essential societal needs and strengthening organizations that support vulnerable groups on a daily basis.
January 30, 2025 – Equal Society
Our volunteers actively participated in Equal Society’s Social Soup Kitchen “People’s Meals”, which serves over 230 people daily. We prepared and served meal portions to beneficiaries who either choose the dining hall or receive food at home.
February 11, 2025 – General Hospital of Athens "Laiko"
We organized a voluntary blood drive at our premises, collecting 26 units of blood, supporting the health system’s needs.
February 25, 2025 – Municipality of Ilion
Our team of 15 volunteers cooked and prepared 77 meal portions for the Municipality of Ilion’s Cooperative for the Provision of Basic Goods, using ingredients provided by the company. Also, during this time, the social pharmacy was organized, and the grocery store products were arranged.
March 12, 2025 – University Hospital of Ioannina
The second voluntary blood drive was carried out in collaboration with the University Hospital of Ioannina, collecting 12 units of blood.
March 18, 2025 – PEK/AmeA
We visited PEK/AmeA’s facilities in Tavros and helped in the creation of handmade Easter candles and jewelry, which were sold at the organization's bazaars.
March 26 – April 1, 2025 – Make-A-Wish
We participated in Make-A-Wish's volunteer week. For five consecutive days, our volunteers made candles under the guidance of the organization's permanent volunteers, contributing to the support of their work.
April 3, 2025 – PEK/AmeA & Equal Society
We hosted the Easter Bazaars of the PEK/AmeA and Equal Society organizations at our facilities, with our colleagues financially supporting their actions. The proceeds amounted to 1,800€ and will be allocated to the beneficiaries’ needs.
April 16 – May 13, 2025 – Doxiadis Program (Ministry of Health)
Within the framework of the 'Doxiadis' program, the company, in collaboration with the diagnostic centre AFFIDEA, conducted internal blood tests followed by medical examinations and cardiological screening within our facilities. A total of 80 employees over the age of 30 benefited.
April 26, 2025 – Wellness for All (NBG Sports Fans Association)
We participated in the environmental awareness campaign "Wellness for All", walking along mountain trails and collecting waste for the protection of nature and urban ecological awareness.
May 21, 2025 – Caritas Athens
We participated in the distribution of food, clothing and meal packages at the Caritas Athens facilities, which serves approximately 180 people daily.
June 4, 2025 – "AGALIA"
For one month, our employees collected 1,200 boxes of baby milk, which were delivered to the "AGALIA" organization, covering the needs of the “Embracing Life” program. Simultaneously, clothing was sorted, and food was portioned for the creation of care packages.
Together, we make an impact.
Our actions are not limited to numbers; they are acts of contribution, solidarity and meaningful participation. At ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, we continue with the same passion and sense of responsibility to (support or be close to) society. Because for us, progress has value when it’s shared.
