Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) actions – Second Half of 2024.
At ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, our commitment to social responsibility is reflected through actions that strengthen the community and support vulnerable groups. In the second half of 2024, we continued to support organizations and people with meaningful contributions, based on the values of solidarity, contribution, and cooperation.
September 13, 2024 – The Smile of the Child
Our team of volunteers visited the facilities of "The Smile of the Child" in Marousi and undertook the tidying up of the warehouses, while also delivering school supplies gathered by the employees. With this action we supported children in need, providing them with the necessities for the school year.
September 29, 2024 – Alma Zois
Eighty-three of our employees participated in the Symbolic Road Race and Walk against breast cancer, organized by the "Alma Zois" Organization. The proceeds from our participation were donated to support the Organization’s activities, contributing to the prevention and awareness of this disease.
October 18, 2024 – Piraeus Training Center for People with Disabilities (PEK/AMEA)
Our volunteers undertook the renewal of the garden at PEKAMEA's Residential Housing, both supplying and planting new plants. The result was an upgraded relaxation area for the residents, while the company fully assumed the cost of supplying the plants and equipment.
November 8, 2024 – Make-A-Wish
At Make-A-Wish’s facilities, twelve of our volunteers worked on the construction of "Wish Stars", which were sold in bazaars, supporting the organization in fulfilling the wishes of children with serious illnesses.
November 19, 2024 – KEA XARA
In our Main Building’s facilities, our volunteers created handmade Christmas ornaments, which were made available at the KEA XARA bazaar in Voula. The company undertook the cost of raw materials, while the activity contributed to the support of children with special needs.
December 10, 2024 – Margarita (Job Shadow)
We welcomed six beneficiaries from the Margarita Vocational Training Center within the framework of the Job Shadow initiative. The participants worked alongside our colleagues for two hours, experiencing real work conditions and enhancing their skills for future employment.
December 12, 2024 – The Smile of the Child (Xmas Bazaar)
We co-organized the Christmas Bazaar of "The Smile of the Child" for 2024, where our employees acquired gifts, raising the amount of 1,600€. The proceeds were donated to support the organization’s work, bringing joy to children in need.
December 19, 2024 – Floga
We offered 18 gifts for children aged 0-12 to the association "Floga". The gifts were given to children residing in the guesthouse, brightening their festive days with love and smiles.
We continue with commitment and vision.
